Message From President - Arnell Barley

"Many ask, How can a woman that has experienced so many obstacles, at such an early age, proceed to reach a level of success and continue to strive for excellence? My sincere response is, ‘No body but GOD and my willingness to survive through the challenging storms of life as an educated woman, a married woman, a divorced woman, a satisfied single - again woman, a woman of faith, a career-oriented woman and now an entrepreneurial woman.’ The significance behind the various stages of my womanhood is that at each level I was empowered to progress beyond the conditions of life.

I have been afforded the opportunity to both spiritually and naturally identify and comprehend the different seasons that have taken place in my life which have brought me to the place of contentment in accepting my very own purpose as a woman, an individual and a positive professional mentor to all women of multi-ethnic backgrounds. As I chronologically review the orchestrated life events that have occurred during my adolescent and mid year adulthood, I honestly can attest that it all continuously contributes to my point of destiny. Therefore, I would like to encourage my clients to not allow the temporary circumstances in life to deter you from accomplishing your short or long term goals. It is imperative that we learn how to prepare through planning, position through maximizing opportunities, and develop in all aspects of life by way of instituting effective mentoring, life coach, counseling and consulting techniques that would produce purposeful success.

I give thanks to my family, friends, life coach, educational, professional and inspirational mentors that invested their time, love and due diligence in rebuilding upon the underdeveloped attributes that were created for the purpose of excellence.
